Our successful mentoring and peer support services are built on our belief that people heal through relationships: we connect a person or family member who has experienced mental illness, addictions, and/or disabilities with another person who has similar experiences. We provide the following options: Family Connections, Youth Connections, and H.A.N.D.® (Hope and New Directions®). College Plus, Peer-to-Peer Companionship and CompeerCORPS have a mentoring component also and can be found under the services tab.

FAMILY Connections

Works to connect with, educate, and support families who have children that need help, support and/or services to work through challenging situations, behaviors and/or diagnoses.
